Rick Rassier of Teamwork Motivation Training leads team building activities for high school juniors from all four New Ulm schools at Vogel Fieldhouse in New Ulm Friday. Rassier said leadership is about helping others realize their full potential. The program is sponsored by the Network New Ulm Youth Leadership Program. The juniors will meet once a month for tours and exercises to help them learn more about New Ulm, and develop their leadership skills.
