Bloodmobile winds up New Ulm drive

NEW ULM — The Red Cross Bloodmobile concluded its three-day drive in New Ulm on Friday, collecting 78 units of blood, short of its goal of 89.

Over the three days of the drive, the bloodmobile collected 368 units of blood. Its goal was 389.

Bob Ahlers was presented with a 12-gallon pin on Friday, and Gregg Wieland received an 8-gallon pin. On Wednesday, Karen Budenski received a 3-gallon pin, not a 2-gallon pin, as was reported.
