SLEEPY EYE — The Sleepy Eye City Council will consider a Code of Conduct and Values and letters requesting flashers at St. Mary’s Street and Highway 4 north on Tuesday.

A budget workshop will be held if the meeting is not delayed. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the council chambers.
