Citizens Race to Raise 5k runners and walkers take to the streets and New Ulm bike trail Saturday morning. Mark Weinkauf, 31, of New Ulm finished first in 19:38.15. Greg Hartmann of Gibbon was second. Gwynne Gutzke of New Ulm was the first female finisher in 24:06.21. There were 63 finishers. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
