NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT OF PROPERTY

Please be advised that the following property is hereby considered abandoned and will become the property of the Brown County Historical Society if no person can prove ownership of the property:

A violin, bow, and case owned by Kurt Bell.

Anyone claiming ownership shall notify the museum in writing of that claim by October 30, 2020. If you are not the original owner of the property, you must include evidence that you are the sole party able to make a claim.

If you submit a written claim to the property within 60 days after receipt of this notice, the Brown County Historical Society will arrange to return the property to you or dispose of the property as you request. The cost of returning the property to you or disposing of the property is your responsibility unless you have made other arrangements with the museum.
