Notice for

Quotes-Addition to the

east side of the Sleepy

Eye Highway Depart-

ment Building.

Notice is hereby given

that Quotes will be ac-

cepted by the Brown

County Administrator,

Brown County Court-

house, 14 S State St.,

New Ulm, MN, at the

office of the County

Administrator, until

9:00am on the 18th

day of May 2020 for

the addition of:

-Pole Type Mainte-

nance/ Shop Addition

at the present site of

the County Shop in

Sleepy Eye, Minneso-

ta. This new addition

shall be approximately

24′ X 50′ w/ 16′

sidewalls, and will be

built on the east side of

the current building.

This shall be a

“turn-key” project. One

General Contractor will

be responsible for all

phases of construction

shall submit the

quotes.

Questions of inquiries

shall be directed to the

Brown County website

at www.brown.mn.us,

or by calling

507-359-6562. A fee of

$25.00 will be charged

to mail packets to pro-

posers. Submit all

questions related to

specific project require-

ments in writing by

9am May 11, 2020. All

questions should be

submitted via e-mail to:

Interested parties shall

submit sealed quotes,

along with warranty in-

formation. The quote

will be opened at 10am

on Monday May 18,

2020, in the office of

the County Administra-

tor. Brown County

reserves the right to re-

ject any or all quotes

and/or waive any irre-

gulataries.

IT IS ORDERED AND

NOTICE IS GIVEN that

a Petition signed on

behalf of Keith Christo-

pherson and dated

March 5, 2020, has

been filed with the

Court. The Petition re-

quests an order for the

following relief:

1. Declaring that the

Maxine L. Christopher-

son Revocable Trust

has failed;

2. Declaring that Keith

Christopherson, Judy

Rainbolt, and Kenneth

Christopherson are the

sole heirs-at-law of

Maxine L. Vick;

3. Declaring that all the

property of Maxine L.

Vick remaining in the

hands of the Financial

Institutions, their affili-

ates, successors, and

assigns, and any other

unascertained financial

institutions is to pass

by the laws of intestate

succession and be dis-

tributed to Keith Chris-

topherson, Judy Rain-

bolt, and Kenneth

Chrsitopherson as the

sole heirs-at-law of

Maxine L. Vick;

4. Directing the Finan-

cial Institutions, their

affiliates, successors,

and assigns, and any

other unascertained

financial institutions to

account to Petitioner

for all personal proper-

ty held by each of

them;

5. Directing the Finan-

cial Institutions, their

affiliates, successors,

and assigns, and any

other unascertained

financial institutions to

pay or turn over to

Petitioner and the

Beneficiary Respon-

dents all the personal

property held by each

of them; and

6. Granting such other

relief as may be prop-

er.

IT IS HEREBY OR-

DERED, that the Peti-

tion will be heard on

May 19th, 2020, at

3:00 pm by this Court

at the Brown County

Courthouse, Room

305, New Ulm, Min-

nesota.

b. Publishing this No-

tice and Order for

least 20 days prior to

the hearing date in a

legal newspaper of
