mately 37 acres of hay
land, located in the
South Thirty-seven
(37) Acres of that por-
tion of the East Half of
the Southeast Quarter
of Section 31, Town-
ship 110 North, Range
31 West, Brown Coun-
ty, Minnesota, lying
westerly of the center-
line of County State
Aid Highway Number
11. NOTE: This parcel
shall be used solely for
haying and all tree and
vegetative plantings
will be protected and
maintained as is.
Parcel Two: Approxi-
mately 30 acres of till-
able agricultural land,
located in the North
Thirty(30) Acres of that
portion of the East Half
of the Southeast Quar-
ter of Section 31,
Township 110 North,
Range 31 West, Brown
County, Minnesota, ly-
ing westerly of the
centerline of County
State Aid Highway
Number 11.
The rental period
would be for three (3)
years starting in 2020.
The bid must be
sealed and identified
with the parcel and
bidder’s name on the
outside of the en-
velope. The bid must
specify the total annual
rental payment, due
March 15 of each year
of the rental period.
Brown County
reserves the right to re-
ject any and all bids
and to waive formali-
ties therein and to
select the bid most ad-
