HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY

GIVEN that the

Economic Develop-

ment Authority (EDA)

of the City of New Ulm,

Minnesota, will hold a

public hearing at 8:00

A.M. on Tuesday,

April 14, 2020 in the

City Council

Chambers, City Hall,

regarding the adoption

of the FY 2020 Five

Year Plan for the fiscal

year beginning July 1,

2020. This Plan ad-

dresses EDA adminis-

tration of the Public

Housing and Section 8

Housing Choice

Voucher Programs

only. The purpose of

the Plan is to provide a

framework for local ac-

countability and an

identifiable resource for

public housing

residents, participants

in the tenant-based as-

sistance program and

other members of the

public to locate EDA

policies, rules and re-

quirements concerning

its operations, pro-

grams and services.

The Five Year Plan

and attachments are

on file and available for

public inspection at the

Housing Office, 1st

Floor, City Hall, 100

North Broadway, New

Ulm, Minnesota 56073

All persons in atten-

dance at the public

hearing will be given

an opportunity to speak

on this matter. Written

testimony may also be

submitted to the Hous-

ing Office located in

City Hall prior to the

Public Hearing.
