Whereas, The Joint

Drainage Authority of

Blue Earth and Brown

Counties, has appoint-

ed viewers to redeter-

mine the benefits and

damages for Judicial

County Ditch Systems

36 Blue Earth &

Brown, and whereas,

the Viewer’s report for

the Redetermination of

Benefits has been filed

with the appropriate

authorities in the

respective counties.

NOW, THEREFORE,

Notice is hereby given

that the Drainage Au-

thority will hear public

comment on the ac-

ceptance of the

redetermination of

benefits on this ditch

systems beginning at

1:30 p.m. at the Blue

Earth County Historic

Courthouse, 2nd Floor

Commissioners Room,

Mankato, Minnesota

on January 21, 2020.

All persons interested

in the redetermination

of benefits and wanting

to be heard should ap-

pear at this time. If ac-

cepted, the redeter-

mined benefits will re-

place those now being

used and all future

maintenance expenses

will be assessed based

upon the redetermined

benefits.

Public School District,

2:00 PM (local time)

on Tuesday, January

14, 2020, in accor-

dance with the specifi-

cations set forth herein

and the “other” terms,

conditions and in-

structions to the specif-

ications. At that time all

bids will be publicly

opened and read

aloud. All bids re-

ceived after the time

stated will not be

considered. The

bidder assumes the

risk of any delay in the

mail or on the handling

of mail by employees

of the school district.

Whether the bid is sent

by mail or by means of

personal delivery, the

bidder assumes

responsibility for hav-

ing their bid clocked in

on time at the place

specified. Fax or tele-

phone amendments

will not be accepted at

any time. Bidders shall

submit bids in dupli-

cate on the forms pro-

vided in the Project

Manual. No oral, fac-

simile or telephone

bids or modifications of

bids will be accepted.

All sealed bids are to

be labeled with the

project name and

number.

The Project consists of

the HVAC Upgrade

work required to re-

place existing rooftop

mechanical equipment

at the New Ulm Annex

Building.

Each bidder shall sub-

mit with the bid, a

cashier’s check or bid

bond, made payable to

New Ulm School Dis-

trict, in the amount of

five percent (5%) of the

maximum amount of

its bid.

All vendors entering

into a contract with the

District for $10,000 or

more are to provide a

Labor and Material

Payment and Perfor-

mance Bonds for

100% of the contract.

Bonds must be fur-

nished within 10 days

of notice of award of

the Contract. Contract

is subject to compli-

ance with the applica-

ble Schedule of Pre-

vailing Wage issued by

the Minnesota Depart-

ment of Labor & Indus-

try. Provide all State

required Responsible

Contractor Forms with

your bid.

Bids may not be with-

drawn for sixty (60)

days after the

scheduled closing time

for the receipt of bids

without the consent of

the New Ulm School

District. The School

Board reserves the

right to accept any bid,

to reject any or all bids,

to waive irregularities

and informalities in the

bidding procedures,

and to act in its best in-

terest.
