FOR DBE PROGRAM
OPPORTUNITIES
For
NEW ULM
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
The New Ulm Munici-
pal Airport Commission
has established a
Disadvantaged Busi-
ness Enterprise (DBE)
Program in accordance
with regulations of the
U.S. Department of
Transportation (DOT),
49 CFR Part 26. The
Owner anticipates it
will receive Federal
financial assistance
from the Department of
Transportation, and as
a condition of receiving
this assistance, the
Owner has signed an
assurance that it will
comply with 49 CFR
Part 26.
As per section Part
26.45 establishing the
upcoming DBE goals
for Federal Fiscal
Years (FFY)
2020/2021/2022, a
public meeting will be
held on Wednesday
October 9, 2019 at
2PM at the New Ulm
Municipal Airport, 1617
Highway 14 W, New
Ulm, MN 56073 for the
purpose of discussing
potential opportunities
for DBE participation in
upcoming projects,
gain input, and to
answer questions. All
interested parties are
invited to attend which
may include (but not
limited to) minority,
women’s and general
contractor groups,
community organiza-
tions, and other offi-
cials or organizations
who may have interest
or information pertinent
to the implementation
of the Owner’s DBE
Program. The meeting
is not mandatory for
DBE participation on
projects at the New
Ulm Municipal Airport.
The Owner will provide
a telecom call in line
on request.

as personal represen-
tative of the estate of
the decedent in an un-
supervised administra-
tion.
Any objections to the
petition must be raised
at the hearing. If the
petition is proper and
no objections are filed
or raised, the personal
representative will be
appointed with the full
power to administer the
estate, including the
power to collect all as-
sets; pay all legal
debts, claims, taxes,
and expenses; sell real
and personal property;
and do all necessary
acts for the estate.
Notice is also given
that, subject to Minn.
Stat 524.3-801, all
creditors having claims
against the decedent’s
estate are required to
present the claims to
the personal represen-
tative or to the Court
within four (4) months
after the date of this
notice or the claims will
be barred.
