Township of Cottonwood

Seeking Quotes

The Cottonwood Township Board is seeking quotes for supplying, crushing, loading and hauling 4000 yards (more or less) of crushed class 1 gravel. The gravel must meet DOT specifications for crushed gravel.

The contractor must have sufficient equipment to place the gravel on the township roads in no more than 10 consecutive working days. Before starting, the contractor shall notify the Supervisors and supply a gradation report. The work must be completed no later than June 30, 2019. Contractor shall indicate location of pit the gravel will come from. All loads shall be weighed and weight slips shall be turned over to the township when payment is requested.

Certificate of insurance must be included with quote. Quotes must be marked as a quote on the outside and received by the Township Clerk prior to the April regular meeting, which will be held Thursday April 11, 2019, at 7:00 pm.
