invites proposals from

qualified engineering

firms to deliver the

German Park Outdoor

Performing Arts Center

(Amphitheater) Recon-

struction Project.

The design goals of the

German Park Am-

phitheater Reconstruc-

tion Project are to pro-

vide a safe, hardened

and accessible ter-

raced hillside to view

activities and concerts

that occur in the park.

The proposed project

could include grading,

aggregate base, con-

crete terraces, ADA

compliant accessibility

ramp(s) and sidewalk

construction,

staircase(s), retaining

walls, safety railings,

shade

structure(s)/pergola(s)/

partial roof system(s),

site restoration, LED

lighting, bicycle park-

ing, and landscaping.

All questions regarding

this RFP as well as En-

gineering consultants

interested in being con-

sidered for this project

should submit their

vid Strenge and Carol

Strenge, whose ad-

dress is 48329 239th

Street, New Ulm, MN

56073, to serve as the

co-personal represen-

tatives of the

decedent’s estate.

Any heir, devisee or

other interested person

may be entitled to ap-

pointment as personal

representative or may

object to the appoint-

ment of the personal

representative. Any ob-

jection to the appoint-

ment of the personal

representative must be

filed with the Court,

and any properly filed

objection will be heard

by the Court after no-

tice is provided to in-

terested persons of the

date of hearing on the

objection.

Unless objections are

filed, and unless the

Court orders otherwise,

the personal represen-

tative has the full

power to administer the

estate, including, after

thirty (30) days from

the issuance of letters

testamentary, the

power to sell, en-

cumber, lease, or dis-

tribute any interest in

real estate owned by

the decedent.

Notice is further given

that, subject to Minn.

Stat. 524.3-801, all

creditors having claims

against the decedent’s

estate are required to

present the claims to

the personal represen-

tative or to the Court

within four (4) months

after the date of this

notice or the claims will

be barred.
