NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Economic Development Authority (EDA) of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota, will hold a Public Hearing at 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, regarding the adoption of the FY 2019 Annual Plan for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019. This Plan addresses EDA administration of the Public Housing and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Programs only. The purpose of the Plan is to provide a framework for local accountability and an identifiable resource for public housing residents, participants in the tenant-based assistance program and other members of the public to locate EDA policies, rules and requirements concerning its’ operations, programs and services. The Annual Plan and attachments are on file and available for public inspection at the Housing Office, 1st Floor, City Hall, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073

All persons in attendance at the Public Hearing will be given an opportunity to speak on this matter. Written testimony may also be submitted to the Housing Office located in City Hall prior to the Public Hearing.
