of the Estate of the De-

PERVISED administra-

tion. Any objections to

the petition must be

filed with the Court pri-

or to or raised at the

hearing. If proper and

if no objections are

filed or raised, the Per-

sonal Representative

will be appointed with

full power to administer

the Estate, including

the power to collect all

assets, to pay all legal

debts, claims, taxes

and expenses, to sell

perty, and to do all

logies for leachate gen-

erated at the Brown

County Sanitary Land-

fill. The DRP is antici-

pated to be conducted

over a 3-year duration

at the landfill property

located at 21933 Coun-

ty Road 11, Sleepy
