NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the mortgage foreclosure sale because of the default in that certain mortgage, dated July 25, 2016, executed by Jeffrey L. Halvorson and Julie A. Halvorson, husband and wife, as Mortgagors, to Pioneer Bank, as Mortgagee, filed with the Brown County Recorder on July 26, 2016, as Document No. A407621, HAS BEEN POSTPONED pursuant to Minn. That the Sheriff’s Sale had been scheduled for November 14, 2018, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. THAT THE PROPERTY WILL NOW BE SOLD BY THE SHERIFF OF BROWN COUNTY AT PUBLIC AUCTION ON A DATE AND TIME CURRENTLY UNKNOWN, at the Brown County Sheriff’s Office located in the Law Enforcement Center, 15 South Washington, in the City of New Ulm, State of Minnesota, to pay the debt then secured by said mortgage and taxes, if any, on said premises and the costs and disbursements allowed by law, subject to redemption by the mortgagors, their personal representatives or assigns within twelve (12) months from date of sale.
