Thomas Kuck, Linda

Savoy, Theresa Craw-

ford, Anthony Kuck,

and David Kuck have

filed a Petition seeking

the distribution of funds

being held by the Min-

nesota Department of

Commerce, Unclaimed

Property Program, re-

gistered in the name of

a Geo. Kuck, who was

the owner of certain

shares of stock in Red-

wood 700, Inc., former-

ly known as Redwood

Telephone Company

which were originally

issued in 1905. Any

person claiming to be

an heir of the Geo.

Kuck who owned these

shares of stock and

wishes to join as a po-

tential distributee of

these unclaimed funds

must notify the Brown

County Court Adminis-

trator, Brown County

Courthouse, New Ulm,

Minnesota 56073 of

such, in writing, and

provide proof of heir-

ship to the Court Ad-

ministrator by no later

than 4:30 p.m. on No-

vember 30, 2018.

A hearing will be held

on December 3, 2018,

at 9:00 a.m. at the

Brown County Court-

house, New Ulm, Min-

nesota, to consider all

claims of entitlement

to these funds for

which the notification

and proof has been

provided to the Court

cated above.
