• Noah Riley Herrington, 18, St. Cloud, pled guilty to felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance Nov. 25. Adjudication was stayed. He was placed on up to 3 years supervised probation with conditions that he served 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete 40 hours Sentence to Service within 6 mos, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, pay $300 within 90 days.
• Bail was set at $10,000 cash or $100,000 bond with conditions Nov. 25 for Jeremy Michael Davidson, 48, Le Sueur on a charge alleging criminal vehicular homicide. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Jan. 29, 2026.
• Jordan Joseph Reich, 29, Arlington, pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic assault Nov. 25. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. Sentencing was set for 1 p.m. Jan. 29, 2026. He was released on previously ordered conditions.
• Jela Deshaun Jones, 48, Arlington, pled guilty to failure to register as a Predatory Offender Nov. 25. Adjudication was stayed. He was placed on up to one year probation with conditions that he complete 24 hours Sentence to Service within 6 mos., pay $300 within 90 days.
• Jeremy Scott Blahowski Jr., 25, New Ulm, pled guilty to felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree DWI Nov. 25. He was convicted of DWI. Adjudication was stayed on the drug charge. He was sentenced to 35 days in the Sibley County Jail, 40 hours Sentence to Service within 6 mos., complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, pay $300 within 90 days.
• Matthew Loan Neyers, 33, Winthrop, requested an omnibus hearing on charges alleging 10 counts of interference with privacy Nov. 25. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Jan. 29. He was released on previous conditions including compliance with GPS monitoring.
• Unconditional bail was set at $200,000 cash or bond for Tressa Dee Weeden-Bootz, 40, Savage on charges alleging 6 counts of depriving another of custodial rights Nov. 26. She was released on conditions that she follow all family court orders and have no contact with the victim’s children until Dec. 1, 2025.
