*Anthony M. Kolbe, 23, 518 2nd Ave S.W., Sleepy Eyewas charged with felony 5th-degree drug sale-marijuana mixture with no remuneration Jan. 13, 2022.

According to court documents, a drug task force agent contacted a confidential informant (CI) on March 2, 2021 about Kolbe and told him to set up a purchase of 3 grams of marijuana wax for $100. On March 3, 2021, the CI was told they could come to Kolbe’s apartment at 7:25 p.m. and make the transaction. The agent later took possession of two small silicone containers the CI confirmed were 3 grams of marijuana wax. Both substances in the containers were brown and waxy and field tested positive for 2.85 grams of marijuana THC.

*Darvin D Chavez Lopez, 25, 415 2nd St. N., Butterfieldwas charged with gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor open bottle and driving after revocation Jan. 13, 2022.
