• Jesse L. Nundahl, 40, 504 Center Ave. N., Madelia, was charged Monday with felony 5th-degree drug possession-not small amount of marijuana and misdemeanor 4th-degree operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount of Schedule 1/11 drugs-not marijuana.

According to court documents, a Brown County Sheriff’s Office deputy was notified by dispatch of an unresponsive male inside a vehicle at 10643 CR 11, Brown County, at 12:15 a.m., Aug. 16. At the scene, the deputy was notified by another deputy that the man, recognized as Nundahl, was now alert and responsive.

A deputy saw intoxication clues on Nundahl who admitted to using meth a minute ago but he did not want to be transported by ambulance. Nundahl was handcuffed and transported to New Ulm Medical Center for a blood draw after a search warrant was approved. Inside the vehicle, an orange zipper bag with plastic pipe and q-tips, a blue, glass pipe with residue and a two-tone, purple container with unknown residue were found.

A Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) report received Sept. 7 indicated the presence amphetamine and methamphetamine, both Schedule II controlled substances in Nundahls’ blood sample. He was convicted of 5th-degree controlled substance possession in Watonwan County on Feb. 23, 2016. Nundahl was summoned to appear in court at 8:30 a.m., Jan. 8.

• Amber J. Lott, 29, 1108 Center St., New Ulm, was charged Monday with gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation and misdemeanor no proof of insurance. According to court documents, New Ulm Police were asked to assist with an investigation at 1108 Center St. in New Ulm on Nov. 21, 2018 involving Lott who had a driver’s license cancelled as inimical to public safety.

An investigator told police Lott’s vehicle was leaving the area of 5th North and Highland Street and that the vehicle should be stopped. Police stopped the vehicle near the entrance to Oak Hills on 8th North and identified the driver as Lott who admitted she had no driver’s license. She was unable to produce proof of insurance and summoned to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 8.
