• Seryne J. Mullins, 36, address unknown, was convicted of felony fifth-degree drug possession-not small amount of marijuana Monday. Sentence is a stay of imposition. Successful probation completion will result in a misdemeanor conviction. She was fined $1160. Can get credit for out-of-pocket expenses for Chemical Dependency treatment or aftercare and mental health therapy. Can do Sentence To Service work in lieu of fine. She was placed on five years Supervised probation, monitored by Mn Dept. of Corrections, Field Services. Conditions include attending mental health therapy as directed, take prescribed medications, complete outpatient chemical dependency treatment, follow all aftercare recommendations, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, do not register to vote or vote until discharged. She was sentenced to 80 hours STS within an indeterminate period of time.

• Amy M. Suess, 39, 409 W. 6th St. Winthrop received a stay of adjudication for theft Monday. Successful probation completion will result in a dismissal. Charges of theft of rental property-conceals or aids or abets in concealment of property and theft-by swindle were dismissed.

She was fined $1,538.97 including $1,163.91 restitution and placed on five years Supervised probation, monitored by Minnesota Department of Corrections, Field Services. Conditions include obtaining and following all recommendations of a chemical dependency evaluation, attend mental health therapy as directed by therapist, have no contact with the victim or their business. She was sentenced to 80 hours Sentenced to Service on a schedule with probation.

• Adam T. Klugherz, 27, 46128 Red Oak Dr., Nicollet, was convicted of gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Brown County Jail, 335 days stayed for three years Supervised probation. He will serve staggered 10-day periods over three years. He was credited for three days served and fined $1,015; can get up to $315 credit for Ignition Interlock program.

Conditions include completing a DWI Impact Panel and pay fee, attend support groups as directed by probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, comply with Ignition Interlock program, successfully complete Intensive Supervision program, complete chemical use assessment and follow recommendations when insurance is obtained.

• Jonathan D. Hanson, 51, 200 2nd St. E., Hanska, was convicted of felony false imprisonment-intentional restraint. Sentence is a stay of imposition. Successful probation completion will result in a misdemeanor conviction. Two counts of first-degree burglary, stalking, interrupt emergency phone calls and misdemeanor domestic assault were dismissed.

He was sentenced to 110 days in the Brown County Jail, credited with 110 days served. He was fined $1,660. Keep restitution open for 30 days. He was placed on three years Supervised probation, monitored by Mn Dept. of Corrections, Field Services. Conditions include no contact with victims, complete chemical use and mental health assessments plus domestic abuse counseling/treatment and follow all recommendations. Predatory Offender registration required. Do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.
