KNUJ’s Farmers Market is going well in its new downtown location. On Saturday, the market sets up on German Street, starting at 3rd North and heading south along German Park toward 1st North.

There is also a Farmers Market every Thursday from 2:30-5:30 p.m. at the Cash Wise Foods parking lot.

This Saturday, Aug. 27, in addition to local vendors selling fresh produce and homemade products, there are other activities at the Saturday Farmers Markets for both kids and adults, including:

Live music by Renee Vaughn, 10 a.m. — 30 minutes of music meditation (bring a towel or blanket), info booth, bean bags, bubbles, chalk, coloring books and face painting.
