NEW ULM – The New Ulm Business & Retail Association will host the New Ulm Area Wedding Show on Sunday, Oct. 1. The show will be held at the New Ulm Civic Center, 1212 N Franklin Street, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A Fashion Show will take place at 12:45 p.m. showing the latest trends in formal wear, and the grand prize of $2,000 will be given away at 2 p.m. See variety of unique reception venues, florists, caterers, bridal shops and more for a one-of-a-kind wedding in Southern Minnesota.

The first 100 brides to register at the show on Sunday will receive a swag bag full of goodies, coupons, and much more. Green Mill of New Ulm will have food and beverages available for purchase.

The Fashion Show at 12:45 p.m. will feature designer dresses and tuxes carried by these bridal shops: Ashlee Boutique & Bridal, Sister’s Bridal & Tux, A to Zinnia Floral & Gifts, and Inspire Bridal Boutique. Brides are encouraged to stay after the Fashion Show for the Grand Prize Giveaway when $2,000 will be given away to one lucky bride. The prize money can be used at any of the Wedding Show exhibitors. Brides must be present to win.

New Ulm is a wedding destination for many brides, as it has three bridal shops and everything needed to plan a wedding. This website is designed to serve as a year-round wedding planning resource for brides throughout Southern Minnesota.
