Kristina Iwan and Daniel Marti

Steven and Cynthia Iwan, missionaries in Tumu, Ghana, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristina, to Daniel Marti, son of James and Marcia Jo Marti of Sleepy Eye.

Tina graduated the International School of Accra, and the University of Northwestern-St.Paul, with a B.S. degree in Music Education. She is currently working on a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction. Kristina served as K-12 Vocal Director at Sleepy Eye Public School from 2013-2017.

Daniel is a graduate from Sleepy Eye High School, Gustavus Adolphus College with a B.S. in Economics, and Kansas State University with a M.A. in Economics. He is employed by Christensen Farms as Financial Analyst.

The wedding is set for July 1, 2017.
