Megan Tietz and Nate Zabel

Megan Tietz and Nate Zabel of New Ulm announce their engagement.

Megan is the daughter of Rich and Dawn Tietz of Morgan and Nate is the son of Ellwood and Beth Zabel of New Ulm.

Megan is a 2009 graduate of Cedar Mountain High School and a 2015 graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education. Megan runs Little Loves Daycare in New Ulm.

Nate is a 2008 graduate of New Ulm High School and 2010 graduate of MNWest with a linesman degree. Nate works for RVS Shredding in New Ulm and is a volunteer firefighter.

The couple is planning a destination wedding in Playa del Carmen, Mexico on Jan. 27, 2017 and a reception on Feb. 11, 2017 in New Ulm.
