Dan and Julie Kurth of New Ulm and the late Bob Rubie, announce the engagement of their daughter Erin Rubie to Benjamin Hansen, son of Rev. Tony and Cynthia Hansen of Watertown, SD.

Erin is a 2012 graduate of New Ulm Public High School and a 2014 graduate of MSU, Mankato with an Associates Arts degree. She will be graduating spring 2016 from SCC, North Mankato Nursing Program as a LPN. She is currently employed at the New Ulm Medical Center.

Benjamin is a 2010 graduate of Luther High School in Onalaska, WI, and graduated from Martin Luther College in 2015. Ben holds a Degree in Elementary and Secondary Education. Ben is currently employed by the Watertown School District as a Substitute teacher, in Watertown, SD.

The Wedding is planned for July 2nd, 2016 in New Ulm.
