Kevin and Chris Bruns of rural Lafayette announced the engagement of their daughter, Holly Christine Bruns, to Jayme Lloyd Bode, son of Vance and Joleen Bode of rural Gibbon.

Holly is a 2005 graduate of GFW High School, and a 2010 graduate of South Dakota State University. She is employed by Ecolab in St. Paul.

Jayme is a 2006 graduate of GFW High School and a 2008 graduate of Ridgewater College. He is employed by Shyd’s Body Shop in New Ulm and Bode Dairy, Inc., of Gibbon.

An April 9, 2016 wedding is planned.
