Timothy and Christina Lauwagie, of Gibbon announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lauwagie to Jacob Meyer, son of Allen and Treacy Meyer of Courtland.

Jessica is a 2009 graduate of GFW High School and a 2014 graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato, where she earned a degree in Mass Communications. She is currently working at Christensen Farms in Sleepy Eye.

Jacob is a 2004 graduate of New Ulm Public High School and a 2010 graduate of South Central College, where he earned a degree in business and marketing. He is currently working at Southern Minnesota Construction in Mankato.

Their wedding is planned for Sept. 12, 2015 in New Ulm.
