NEW ULM — Thanks to the recent multi-day storm, green grass is appearing under Southern Minnesota snow for the first time in months. Brown County’s burning ban was lifted this week after two to three inches of liquid-equivalent precipitation fell in much of Minnesota. “All the snow will soak in pretty nicely. We’ll see some green up.
