I would have liked to see Bret play with the Vikings because of the experience and leadership he would have brought with him. I think the Vikings really need that right now. Having said that, I also agree with Shadow - we have tried picking up older, more experienced qb's a few times and it has never panned out. It's time for the young guys to step up. Also, someone please explain to me how a convicted felon, who would have a hard time getting a job at WalMart, can be reinstated and possibly make millions of dollars in the NFL. That TOTALLY blows my mind!!

Brett's know as being the most consistently inconsistent man around! Don't be surprised if he puts on a purple jersey yet & pulls a "look at me" shock by showing up at a game. Enough mind games!

Good whey do the Viking alway want to get some washed up over the hill QB . They tried it in the past and it always Fails . Sage Resenfield will make a great QB but maybe they should get Michael Vick ?? Nothing like a dog killer to lead a team I am surprised this coach hasn't tried that to .
