Warren Buffett is a Billionaire whether he earns it through work or investments. I have always said that people who "cash in" on investments should have that money counted as income AT LEAST at the same tax rate as those who earn that money through physical labor. I say that he is right, we need to quit coddling the billionaires, and I think he is referring to himself, as well. At least, that is what his article says.
