NEW?ULM - The New Ulm High School gym received its Eagle Spirit Makeover this summer. The project was a result of the collaborative work with Friends of ISD 88 and District 88.
FOISD88 raised the money through the Eagles Extravaganza event with Gold Level sponsorships from Jensen Motors, MR Paving and Excavating, Schell's Brewery and Upper Midwest Management Corporation.
Together with District 88, the new sound system donors were NUHS Music Boosters, NUHS Basketball Boosters, New Ulm Basketball Association and the Rolling Thunder Wrestling Association. This project completes the work FOISD88 have done at all the District 88 gyms.
A side of the New Ulm High School gym shows action figures of various sports as well as ‘EAGLES’ spelled out in the school colors.

Front row: Rachel Suess (FOISD88), Kristy Oelberg (NUHS Music Boosters), Alicia Rahe, Rachal Becker and Jayne Jensen (all FOISD88).
The NUHS gym will see continued use for classes and other school events.
