2009, was repealed.

The Nicollet County

Renewable Energy Or-

dinance was adopted,

establishing standards

for Wind Energy

Conversion Systems

and Solar Energy Sys-

tems, including but not

limited to: definitions,

district uses, general

system standards,

permitting processes,

and setback stan-

dards.

The Renewable Ener-

gy Ordinance and the

above amendments to

the Zoning Ordinance

shall take effect July

17, 2014, following

publication of this no-

tice.
