POSALS: Sealed pro-

posals for the work

described below will be

received at the City of

New Ulm, 100 North

Broadway Street, New

Ulm, MN 56073, until

2:30PM local time on

June 3, 2014 at which

time the bids will be

opened and publicly

read.

DESCRIPTION OF

WORK: The work

generally includes:

Disconnection and re-

moval of existing con-

trol panels at the water

treatment plant, re-

mote wellhouses,

booster stations, water

towers and other lo-

cations as described

below

Furnishing and instal-

ling new PLC-based

control panels at the

water treatment plant,

remote wellhouses,

booster stations, water

towers and other loca-

tions as described

below

Furnishing and instal-

ling a new PC-based

computer and SCADA

software at the water

treatment plant

Commissioning of the

new control panels and

SCADA software

Related work, all in ac-

cordance with Plans

and Specifications.

COMPLETION OF

WORK: All work

under the Contract

must be substantially

complete by No-

vember 15, 2014. Fi-

nal completion must

be accomplished by

December 31, 2014.

certified check or pro-

posal bond in the

amount of not less

than 5 percent of the

Ulm Public Utilities

OWNER'S RIGHTS

RESERVED: The

Owner reserves the

right to reject any or all

bids and to waive any

irregularities and infor-

malities therein and to

award the Contract to

other than the lowest

bidder if, in their dis-

cretion, the interest of

the Owner would be

best served thereby.
