NEW ULM - Marcia "Marcie" Longcor, 61, of New Ulm, died Sunday, March 30, 2014 at her home.
A Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 12, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in New Ulm with Pastor Grant Bode officiating.

Marcie is survived by her husband, Mark Longcor; parents, Ivan and Carolyn Raddatz; daughter, Cryshall (Jon) Wieland and their children, Mackenzie Larson and Garrett Wieland all of New Ulm; brothers, Mark Raddatz of Eagle Lake, Marty (Mary) Raddatz of Staples; nieces and nephews, Shelli (Ryan) Rau and their children, Colton, Rylie, and Cash of Bay City, Michigan, Jen (Tim) Brawthen and their children, Sarah, Amanda, and Luke of Cold Spring, Eric (special friend, Lue and her daughter, Tianna) Raddatz of Eagle Lake, April Asfour and her daughter, Gemma; father-in-law, John Altenburg of New Ulm; sister-in-law, Kristie Parkinson of Grand Junction, Colorado; and brother-in-law, Mike Longcor of Chandler, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Louie (Frieda) Raddatz and Walter (Mildred) Goeckerman; mother-in-law, Jeannette Altenburg; sisters-in-law, Patty Raddatz, Kerry Drexler; and brother-in-law, Larry Parkinson.
Marcia Ann Raddatz was born on March 6, 1953 in Springfield to Ivan and Carolyn (Goeckerman) Raddatz. She attended Truman High School and Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm. Marcie was united in marriage to Mark Longcor on May 16, 1992 at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm. Before marriage, Marcie lived in Colorado and North Dakota where she worked as a DJ and an EMT. While in New Ulm, Marcie worked at the New Ulm Medical Center since the 1990s. She enjoyed knitting, painting, cross stitch, and gardening. Marcie was passionate about helping others. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandkids.
Marcie was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in New Ulm.
