meet in the Council

Chambers in the New

Ulm City Hall on Tues-

day, March 4, 2014 at

5:00 p.m. to consider

ordering in the follow-

ing improvements to

be made, to-wit:

2014 MSAS

IMPROVEMENT

PROJECT

1. North Highland Ave-

nue from Highway 14

to CSAH 29 Storm

sewer modification,

grading, aggregate

base, bituminous

base, concrete curb

and gutter, concrete

sidewalk, concrete

driveway pavement,

bituminous surfacing,

recreational trail,

boulevard trees,

boulevard restoration

and street lighting to

meet State Aid stan-

dards and a storm wa-

ter treatment pond to

satisfy Federal and

State storm water re-

gulations.

429.011 to 429.111.

The area proposed to

be assessed for such

improvements is each

lot, piece and parcel of
