2014 2:00 PM for fur-

nishing and delivering

the following equip-

ment.

ONE (1) 2014 MODEL

DIGGER DERRICK,

TRUCK CAB

CHASSIS & BODY

All bids shall be in ac-

cordance with the

specifications on file

with the City Manager

of the City of New

Ulm.

Bid to include trade-in

of accordance for one

(1) 1997 Ford 800

truck equipped with

Pitman Model

M47H-4T Plus digger

derrick and fiberglass

utility body.

All bids must be

sealed and plainly

marked on the outside

of the envelope "BID

FOR 2014 DIGGER

DERRICK DO NOT

OPEN" addressed to

the City Manager of

the City of New Ulm,

100 North Broadway,

New Ulm, Minnesota

56073. Such bids

MUST be submitted

on the Proposal Form

furnished by the New

Ulm Public Utilities

Commission.

All bids must be ac-

companied by a certi-

fied check, cash depo-

sit, or bid bond for not

less than five (5%)

percent of the amount

of the bid, payable to

the City of New Ulm,

Public Utilities Com-

mission, to make

delivery in accordance

with the terms of the

proposal, after the bid

has been accepted by

the New Ulm Public

Utilities Commission.

Specifications are on

file and may be exam-

ined at the office of

the Electric Distribu-

tion Supervisor and a

duplicate thereof at the

City Manager's Office.
