NEW ULM - Three weeks after a middle-of-the night, upstairs water leak forced Lola's Larkspur Market to close, the business reopened Monday with a new floor, new floor plan and a revised menu.

Restaurant owner/manager Lacey Lueth said a good breakfast crowd turned out to try a revised menu at the restaurant known for its quaint charm. "Huevos Rancheros (fried polenta with poached eggs, Ranchero sauce, Cotija cheese and fresh fruit), Dutch Baby (baked pancakes topped with fresh fruit) and roast beef hash with poached eggs were among our more popular items," Lueth said. "My staff and I worked hard over the past three weeks preparing for the reopening We redesigned the seating area."

Business hours were expanded to include Sunday now, due to popular demand, Lueth said.
