Two found dead in rural Springfield home, Carbon Monoxide suspected

Carbon monoxide poisoning is suspected in the deaths of two people discovered in a rural Springfield home on Friday afternoon.

The Brown County Sheriff's Office was called to the farm on 410th Ave., Springfield, where the bodies were discovered. The Springfield Ambulance was called to render assistance if needed, and the Springfield Fire Department was called to help ventilate the home.

The incident is under investigation.
