NOTICE OF MORTGAGE

FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage dated the 15th day of October, 2009, executed by Shelly R. Hasse, a single person, as mortgagor, to SouthPoint Federal Credit Union, as mortgagee, filed for record in the office of the County Recorder in and for the County of Brown, and State of Minnesota, on the 15th day of October, 2009, as Document No. 374092;

That no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof; that there has been compliance with all notice provisions and conditions precedent as required by law; and that the mortgagee or assignee has elected to declare the entire sum secured by the note and mortgage to be immediately due and payable as provided in the note and mortgage;

That the original or maximum principal amount secured by the mortgage was Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 DOLLARS ($49,500.00);

That there is due and claimed to be due on the mortgage, including interest to date hereof, the sum of Forty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eleven and 15/00 DOLLARS ($48,611.15);

And that pursuant to the power of sale therein contained, said mortgage will be foreclosed and the tract of land lying and being in the County of Brown, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:

The Rear or westerly 82? feet of Lot 7, Block 59, North of Center Street, City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota;

will be sold by the sheriff of said county at public auction on the 21st day of November, 2013, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the Brown County Sheriff's Office located at the Law Enforcement Center, 15 South Washington, in the City of New Ulm in said county and state, to pay the debt then secured by said mortgage on said premises and the costs and disbursements allowed by law, subject to redemption by the mortgagor, her personal representative or assigns within six (6) months from date of sale.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

HEARING ON THE FINAL PLAT OF FAIRHILLS FIFTH ADDITION

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10.09, Subdivision 2 E of the City Code of the City of New Ulm, that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of New Ulm at the Council Chambers in City Hall, 100 North Broadway, in said City at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, on a proposed final plat. The property proposed to be platted is located in the City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota and is described as FAIRHILLS FIFTH ADDITION. The property has a street address of 1306 1320 Birchwood Drive and 1720 1911 TurnerRoad.

At such public hearing, all persons interested in the plat shall be heard and the City Council may thereafter approve or disapprove the plat.

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decendent's Will, dated December 30, 1998, and ("Will"), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.

Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Stacy Olson, whose address is 325 North Highland, New Ulm, MN, 56073, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. (524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
