Highway 67 resurfacing project begins Oct. 7

September 24, 2013
The Journal

Motorists can expect delays on Highway 67 from the junction with Highway 71 in Redwood Falls to the western city limits in Morgan beginning Monday, Oct. 7. Crews will be resurfacing the road and making ADA improvements in Redwood Falls at four intersections along Highway 67.

The project also consists of culvert pipe lining between Redwood Falls and Morgan. Culvert lining improves the condition of the existing culvert by filling voids and leaks, resulting in extending the life of the culvert and delaying replacement of the entire culvert.

Traffic will be controlled by pilot cars. Motorists are advised to slow down and drive with caution through the work zone. The project is expected to be completed by late November, weather permitting.
