Hildreth M. Hippert

WACONIA - Hildreth M. Hippert, 97, of Waconia, formerly of Chippewa Falls, Wis., and New Ulm, died Friday Aug. 30, 2013, at Auburn Home in Waconia.

Mass of Christian Burial held Wednesday Sept. 4, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (41 E. First St.) in Waconia with Father Bennet Tran as Celebrant of the Mass. Interment at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery in New Ulm.

Hildreth was born March 31, 1916, in Fairfax, the daughter of John and Mary (Biebl) Bianchi. She grew up on a farm in rural St. George. She had lived in New Ulm, Boonville, Mo., Fergus Falls and Chippewa Falls, Wis. prior to becoming a resident of Waconia in 1999. Hildreth had worked at a poultry producer and a diner in New Ulm and Mason Shoes in Chippewa Falls. Hildreth was active in the St. Elizabeth Society and Holy Trinity Catholic Church in New Ulm, Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Chippewa Falls and St. Joseph?s Catholic Church in Waconia.

Hildreth is preceded in death by her husbands, Stanley Jutz and Raymond Hippert; a daughter Michele Perkovich; parents John and Mary Bianchi; sisters Elsie Dummer, Eleanor Rettner, Murie Pieper, Mildred Swanson, Ordell Lund; brothers Harry Bianchi, Hilary Bianchi, Stanley Bianchi.

Hildreth is survived by her loving family; daughters Sandra (Larry) Sharratt of Waconia, Carol Zehnder (special friend Frank Nitti) of Bloomington, and Rebecca (Al) Schierman of Pelican Rapids; son-in-law Jerry Perkovich of Oconomowoc, Wis.; grandchildren Diane (Peter) Miller, Tim Sutton, Michael (Brenda) Zehnder, Peggy Pierskalla, Jennifer Schierman, and Scott Schierman; great-grandchildren, Zachary Miller (fianc? Janelle Arcus), Patrick Miller, Grace Miller, Nathan Zehnder, Ian Zehnder, Emmet Sutton, Aidan Sutton, Owen Sutton; sister Leone Pieper of Eden Prairie; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements were by Johnson Funeral Home, Waconia.
