The purpose of this

notice is to advise the

public that the Min-

nesota Pollution Con-

trol Agency (MPCA)

staff has reviewed the

proposed Rush River

Watershed-Nicollet

Sounty SSTS project

and has determined

that the preparation of

an Environmental As-

sessment Worksheet

(EAW) is not mandato-

ry. A preliminary deter-

mination has been

made that no signifi-

cant environmental im-

pacts are anticipated.

The Rush River

Watershed-Nicollet

Sounty SSTS project

has applied for a loan

under the Minnesota

Water Pollution Control

Revolving Fund and is,

therefore, subject to

the State environmen-

tal review process. In-

dividual sewage treat-

ment system upgrades

or replacements within

this project will be in

accordance with Minn.

R. ch. 7080, which

provide the minimum

standards and criteria

for design, location, in-

stallation, use, and

maintenance of indivi-

dual sewage treatment

systems.
