GAYLORD - Sibley East High School head girls basketball coach Dough Flieth, 38, has had a criminal complaint filed against him in Sibley County Court for allegedly shooting an up-skirt video of his hairstylist last weekend.

The complaint alleges that Flieth was getting a haircut in his stylist's basement last Saturday morning when he bent down with his left hand and position his cell phone under the stylist's skirt to inappropriate film a video. The stylist allegedly confronted Flieth, then reported the incident to the police.

According to the complaint, Flieth admitted to the filming during an interview with police. He was charged with interference with privacy on Tuesday, which carries up to a year in jail and a $3,000 fine. The Sibley East Public Schools district is conducting its own separate investigation over the incident.

Flieth, who is married and a father of children, has reportedly had no prior issues or criminal complaints. He has been a physical education teacher for 13 years. He serves as head coach of the school's girls basketball program and also coaches football and golf.
