INVITATION FOR BIDS

The City of New Ulm will receive sealed bids until 1:30 P.M. Thursday, June 6, 2013, for the furnishing of bulk qualities of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel for use by all City and New Ulm Public Utilities departments for the next three years, until June of 2016. All bids will be opened and read at this time. Bids will be considered by the City Council at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 North Broadway, on Tuesday, June 18, 2013.

Bidder must submit their bids on City of New Ulm bid forms furnished. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bids for Fuel" in the lower left hand corner and addressed to Mr. Reg Vorwerk, City Clerk-Treasurer, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm Minnesota 56073.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids.
