Resignations on District 84 agenda

SLEEPY EYE - Several resignations are on the District 84 Board of Education agenda at tonight's meeting.

Resignations include instrumental music instructor Erik Root, vocal instructor Mary Mulry, assistant varsity football coach Dean Deibele and special education instructor Michael Leonard, all at the end of the current school year.

The board will consider Community Education Director Pat Stevermer's 2013-15 contract, a Class of 2014 class trip proposal, cooperative soccer sponsorship with New Ulm, a $400 donation from the Athletic Booster Club to the Sleepy Eye baseball team and a $400 anonymous donation to the art department for ceramics materials.

The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. in the district conference room.
