NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the
Economic Develop-
ment Authority (EDA)
of the City of New
Ulm, Minnesota, will
hold a public hearing at
7:30 A.M. on Tuesday,
April 9, 2013 in the
City Council
Chambers, City Hall,
regarding the adoption
of the FY 2013 Annual
Plan for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2013.
This Plan addresses
EDA administration of
the Public Housing and
Section 8 Housing
Choice Voucher Pro-
grams only. The pur-
pose of the Plan is to
provide a framework
for local accountability
and an identifiable
resource for public
housing residents, par-
ticipants in the
tenant-based assis-
tance program and
other members of the
public to locate EDA
policies, rules and re-
quirements concerning
its' operations, pro-
grams and services.
The Annual Plan and
attachments are on file
and available for public
inspection at the
Housing Office,
1st Floor, City Hall,
100 North Broadway,
New Ulm, Minnesota
56073.
All persons in atten-
dance at the public
hearing will be given
an opportunity to
speak on this matter.
Written testimony may
also be submitted to
the Housing Office lo-
cated in City Hall prior
to the Public Hearing.
