NEW?ULM - David Harmening retired from NU-Telecom on Dec. 31, 2012, following 37 years of service. Harmening was a Cable Splicer working mainly out of the New Ulm location. His job duties included ensuring there was dependable and reliable cable plant to customers and technicians.
