As predicted rain fell Thursday evening in New Ulm, this pedestrian navigated the sidewalk by City Hall, sloshing through the puddles with rubber boots and under the protection of a floral-patterned umbrella that seemed appropriate for rains of warmer seasons. Rainfall measured .2" at 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
