Lynn Orville Polzin was born May 6, 1954 in Comfrey to Orville and Lorraine (Weckwerth) Polzin. He attended Comfrey High School and graduated with the class of 1972. After school he worked as a carpenter with his father for several years. He then worked for other places including 3M, Del Monte, and for the past several years worked at BIC in Sleepy Eye. Lynn was a treasured son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. Whether attending a family gathering or having coffee in local cafes, he enjoyed time spent and conversations with family and friends. His subtle humor will be missed. Lynn was a wonderful, willing caregiver for his mother. He had a great interest and appreciation for our family genealogy and made trips to the New Ulm Public Library, MN Historical Society, and Salt Lake City, Utah to research this interest. Lynn traveled out west and visited national parks; he recently recalled his visit to Yosemite National Park with great fondness. In his travels, he particularly enjoyed Las Vegas, which he visited often.
