Roman Chantler is the New Year's baby for 2013 in New Ulm. Roman was born at 7:05 a.m. Wednesday and weighed 6 pounds 6 ounces and was 19 2/3 inches long. Roman's parents are TC and Sarah Chantler of Hanska. Roman has an older sister Vivian who will be turning two-years-old soon.
